A few years ago I attended a Stampin' Up! convention in Melbourne. I shared a room with another demonstrator Gaye Schrader and 2 of her friends, Barbara and Glenda. Now a few years on and I consider her and the other 2 ladies very good friends. In fact I try and catch up with them every time I am in their lovely little town of Cooroy.
Well today I visited Glenda as she is the only one I trust to give me the best hair cut. Fancy that, I had to go to Melbourne to a Stampin' Up! convention to find the best hairdresser I have ever had. She is not a demonstrator but loves coming to our events and makes some lovely projects. After my haircut today she gave me a "next appointment" card that made me squeal with delight. She has stamped her own appointment cards using a design that I had demonstrated in a class. It was a masking technique and one of my favourites.
So Stampin' Up! does it again. New friends, new hairdresser, what more could one girl want?
