Let's think outside the square

When a new product is released, I am always looking for what other things you can do with it. A punch may not be just for making an Owl, by thinking outside the square an Owl punch turns into a Rose or a Tulip or even a spooky ghost.

So why just use the Fine Tip Glue just to glue with. I know it is great for adhering delicately detailed paper die cuts, teensy embellishments, and bits of glitter.  So I said to myself, why not use it in an arty farty way. So I decided to try squiggling over some Whisper White card. I left it over night to dry and then grabbed my sponges. I sponged randomly Lost Lagoon and Rich Razzleberry. I then cut it into 3 strips and sponged around the edges in Lost Lagoon. They were then adhered to Lost Lagoon and then onto a Whisper White card base.

The Lost Lagoon ribbon under the banner was frayed to form a fringe. I kept the frayed bits and tied them into a bow. I am really pleased with how it turned out. So next time you get something new, why not try and think outside the square.
