How easy is this card to create!
Another technique video from the past.
We all try so hard to make fancy cards. This one was put together in a few minutes using a sponge dauber and a mask. If you haven't got a mask, you can always make your own using a few punches. Have a go, you will be pleased you did.

Zena's Craft Studio
I think I have the best husband in the world. A few years ago I came home from work and found a lovely little studio taking up half our garage. My wonderful man had decided to make me a room of my own. I have been creating and having classes in this room for the last 2 years and in that time I have realised that I needed more room and shelving space. So once again my wonderful husband has stepped up and made me the most perfect studio.
Yesterday I combined a Holiday Catalogue launch with my Studio opening. We sat and chatted outside with a glass of wine until everyone arrived and then I did a tour of the studio and explained how the day would run.
I had set up the table into stations. There were 5 stations. The ladies could choose which station they started with first and then move around the table. Each of the stations had a sample of the card and the instructions on how to complete it.
Phew what a full day, wonderful people enjoying crafting with strangers that have now become new friends.

Every lady was given a treat bag holding the Annual catalogue and the Holiday catalogue. A special little chockie gift made with the Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlit Die and throughout the day they could choose from the treat basket after playing the Scavenger hunt.
The room was set up with display boards and of course my favourite tool the Envelope Punch Board had to have a special display. Gee I love this tool especially since I have now found another fellow Stampin Up demonstrator that is sharing her Box Buster tool with everyone.
Station 1 was giving the ladies a chance to play with the new Blendabilities and Envelope Punch board.
Station 2 gave them a chance to use our new Chalk Lines Photopolymer Stamp Set and the new inks.
Station 3 was a cute little tag made with the new Note Tag Punch and Merry Everything stamp set.
Station 4 was another tag, this time concentrating on the Hearts & Stars Decorative Masks and another photopolymer stamp.
Finally Station 5 was the Everyday Occasions card kit. I have never really taken a good look at them in the past but have been extremely impressed with them lately. Each lady chose a card from the box and then assembled it. What a great kit, I think this would make a lovely present for someone ready to go on a trip and doesn't want to take their entire craft room with them. Great on my camping trips I recon.
Phew what a full day, wonderful people enjoying crafting with strangers that have now become new friends.
