I'll stop now. I hope you enjoyed the videos and got some inspiration for your Free stamp sets. Midnight on the 31st March will see the end to these products as free items, BUT, I will still be playing with mine, how about you?
My goal was to show as much as I could from the Occasions Catalogue and base some special classes around the catalogue and the Sale A Bration items. To those that attended my special Occasions classes, I hope you have enjoyed creating and I know some of you have gone home and played. We love the show and tell that is coming back from these classes.
I must try the Ombre technique that Carrie suggests.
Thank you for watching these videos and I do hope they have inspired you. Now the next thing to look forward to is the release of our new Calagolgu in June. Happy last day Sale a Bration

I'll stop soon - I promise!
I hope this is not too overwhelming for you! I just get soooo... excited about these Free items and want everyone to make the most of them. I promise I will stop soon, tee hee.
This stamp set is quite different and some people are asking if there is something wrong with the stamp, as when they look at it the grooves on some parts don't look like they are cut. This is a new style of stamp that Stampin' Up! have designed, it is called (patent-pending) Distinktive style, which lays down the ink at different opacities, giving the finished image more depth.
This one is gone after midnight of the 31st March.

A favourite of mine
Does anyone else see Anzac in these stamps? The flower looks so much like a Poppy and the rising sun just looks like the badge on our soldiers hats. Can you see that too?
There is a bit of good news with this set. Because it has been so popular, Stampin' Up! are including the Framelits in the new Annual Catalogue to be released in June.

It's time to say goodbye
It's time to say goodbye. Sale A Bration is over for another year at midnight tomorrow. What a great 3 months this has been. I have some gorgeous new free stamp sets to play with as well as ribbon and Designer Series Paper. Also my friends have managed to earn freebies as well, I'm so pleased for them.
Because of this I am going to run through a few videos of the SAB free items and what can be done with them, hopefully they will get some more ideas on what to create. Let's start with the Epic Celebrations stamp set. Apologies in advance if you get inundated with videos, I just want to inspire you all and hopefully get to see some of your projects.
Still wanting more FREE stuff? Then you only have till midnight tomorrow.

Wednesday's simple class
As requested we did a simple card class. We concentrated on one design 3 ways. The first was just stamping and a pop of ribbon. Then we blinged it up for the next card and for the final card we pulled out all stops and went for DSP, layers and embellishments done using the matching framelits.
This was the first, the flowers and leaves were stamped using the Cake Soiree stamp set from the Cake Soiree bundle, a thin strip of DSP in Lemon Lime Twist was adhered to a strip of Whisper White. The sentiment was stamped in Lemon Lime Twist and the Bakers Twine finished it off.
The second one we added a bit of bling to the basic design and embossed the Whisper White strip. We changed the ribbon to sit below the bannered sentiment, using the lovely striped Lemon Lime Twist mini ribbon. Pretty cute, don't you think?
Finally for our last card, we adhered the DSP Lemon Lime Twist to the front of the card and then instead of stamping the flowers and leaves we cut them out using the Sweet Cake Framelits that coordinates with the Cake Soiree stamp set. The sentiment we used both the Lemon Lime Twist ink and Basic Black for the Happy Birthday
I think everyone had a ball making these cards, even though the design was the same. If you love this bundle and are thinking of purchasing it. Be quick and you will qualify for a FREE Sale-A-Bration item. There is only 2 more days to get these free products. Shop Online with me and I will also add a thank you gift from me for using my hostess code.

Should I Join Stampin' Up!
This is a question that I asked myself many years ago. When I finally made the decision I realised it was the best thing I could have done, I only wish I had joined during Sale-A-Bration. Let me tell you why Sale-A-Bration is the very best time to join.
During Sale-a-Bration, you receive two bonus stamp sets of your choice, as well as choosing your own starter kit, made up of anything you want.
For my two Bonus stamps I would go for the more expensive sets, because these are the ones that you always put on your wish list but are always out of reach.
I would choose Letters for You photopolymer stamp set $85.
Then I would choose either the Butterfly Basics clear stamp set $63
or the wood stamp set Flourishing Phrases $85
That is $148 or $170 worth of product for FREE!
So what could you choose for your Starter Kit? You can choose $235 worth of product. Let me presume you are new to Stampin' Up! and may need some basics to get you started.
Tools:
Stampin Trimmer $50
*Full 12" cut or score
* 1 cutting and 1 scoring blade included
Bone Folder $12
Card Stock
Whisper White A4 card stock $15.75
40 sheets, with an ultrasmooth surface ideal for stamping, so you get clean, crisp images.
2017-2019 In Color Card stock $14
20 sheets, 4 sheets each of 5 colours
Soft Sayings Card Kit $61.00
This kit contains the Soft Sayings Stamp Set (15 photopolymer stamps), a clear stamp block, 20 printed card bases and coordinating printed envelopes, die-cut accents, A Stampin' Ink Spot, Baker's Twine, washi tape and Stampin' Dimensionals all in a giftable kraft box.
You can make 20 cards – 2 each of 10 designs using your choice of adhesive * Refill Available
Ink:
2017-2019 In Color Classic Stampin' Pads $47.50
Tuxedo Black Momento Ink Pad $10
Adhesives:
Snail $10
Stampin' Dimentionals $6
Mini Glue Dots $8
That's a total of $234.25 and you have only paid $169, as well as get the 2 free stamp sets, so all that would total either $382.25 or $404.25 (if you chose the 2 most expensive stamp sets) and then there is FREE shipping. So there you go, a very good reason to join as from then on you will get 20% off all your orders.
Don't forget that you can choose ANYTHING you like for you starter kit and free stamp sets. I have only suggested what you may want it is fully customisable for you.
The joining offer runs all year but the two extra stamp sets are only during Sale-a-Bration which runs till the end of March. If you are interested in joining, you can jump online and click this link to join my team.
And of course if you have any questions please fell free to email me at zenakennedy@lizzy.com.au or phone me on 0402441964.

Blossoming Basket Bundle
Have you watched enough videos yet? Well I hope the answer is "no" as I have a few more scheduled and I am thoroughly enjoying them.
Just when I thought I had all the Sale-A-Bration Freebies, Stampin' Up! have come out with some more. Maybe I'll just have to stock up on some card stock and adhesives to qualify for this bundle. This video shows you another bundle and here is the link to the newest release of free items while Sale-A-Bration lasts.

Borders and mitres class
Our Wednesday and Friday class was all about types of borders. They don't all have to be straight lines. We masked, mitred and stamped three different borders.
This one, the border was created using a mask. We ripped a piece of paper into an oval shape. Sponged outwards with Melon Mambo, Basic Gray and Old Olive. The sentiment from Picture Perfect stamp set was stamped inside the border in Basic Gray. The bow was Old Olive seam binding ribbon.
Half the class did the Old Olive and the other half created this Thank You card using Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake and Pumpkin Pie. Two lovely cards and very easy to create.
I had my grand son in mind when I created this card. He is mad on music and either is listening to music through the headphones or playing it himself on his guitar. I was very excited to see this Free stamp set among the Sale-A-Bration items.
The border on this one was created after first stamping the wood grain with Crumb Cake ink on the Crumb Cake card front. Crumb Cake strips longer than the card sides, were sponged and then partially adhered on all four sides (corners were not stuck down). Each corner was then cut from outside corner to inside corner, this forms the mitre. It was then sponged and stuck down.
All the images were embossed with copper and then coloured with our Write Markers. The knob that is holding the earphones was created using a pearl that was also embossed with Copper.
Finally the last card, the border was stamped down the side with the Painted Harvest stamp set. I love this set and I'm so glad it will be in the new catalogue coming out in June.
