This award is so special, a demonstrator is nominated by other fellow demonstrators that feel the recipient embodies the spirit of Stampin’ Up!’s Statement of the Heart as they make a difference in people’s lives.
“To love what we do and share what we love, as we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments . . . in this we make a difference.”
I am part of a wonderful team of Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrators called The Paper Angels. It is such an appropriate name for our team and I am sure they all deserve a little piece of this award. We hold many charity events throughout the year and are always looking for ways to "Make a difference" in peoples lives.
I feel so proud and very humble and very overwhelmed at receiving this award. It is a beautiful gold necklace with a gold heart and a diamond set in the heart. I am never going to take it off.
After getting over the shock and trying to hold back the tears I managed to pose for a photo with Sarah Douglass, who is CEO of Stampin' Up! until her mother Shelli Gardner comes back from her year away.
Congratulations Zena!
